Seeing this is a lounge, let's discuss what's on the telly.

Hubs and I were looking forward to watch Rebecca Gibney in Wanted last night. We weren't disappointed.

"Familiar and fresh faces join forces in this action-packed cops-and-robbers chase thriller.

Rebecca Gibney co-created and stars in Wanted as Lola, a checkout chick in a dead-end job with an estranged relationship with her son.

Every day she catches the same bus as uptight office worker Chelsea (WAAPA graduate and TV newcomer Geraldine Hakewill).

They’ve never spoken until the morning a car loaded with cash crashes into their bus stop, resulting in a shooting and the women being taken hostage in the boot of a car being driven by Gibney’s former Rafters co-star Ryan Corr.

It pretty quickly emerges that one of the detectives called to the crime scene has a vested interest in the case and relying on the boys in blue to save them may not be Lola and Chelsea’s best option; they will have to use their wits and each other.
"

Love Rebecca Gibney, and I've seen Geraldine Hakewill in a cpl of ads and liked her style. Good to see Ryan Corr again too. He and Rebecca know each other from Packed to the Rafters.

Anybody watch it?

Nup....watched re-run of Foyle's War.

There was so much hype in the off-season about all the great TV events to look forward to "FEB 1".  I feel rather let-down.

Ever have on is channel 23 for kids.lol
We sat around talking half the night, which is
A nice change from our place with the tv always
On MATE and loud enough that the neighbours
Across the road said they don't need tv they just
Listen to ours. This is why I spend most of the night
Out the back talking to the dogs and you lot lol

Same, Chicka.

Usually we agree with the TV program but if he wants to watch blardy football or cricket or his stipid war docos I come and chat here or on other forums. Win/win  ;D

I don't mind a lot of shows on  mate, but if I
Particularly want to watch something he relinquishes the
Remote.
If nothing on mate out comes one of his collection of
Hundreds of war movies or horror most of
Which he has never played , but plays his
Favourites 10  times.boring.
How many times he's watches
Tears of the sun
Saving private Ryan
Predator vs alien
Snakes on a caressing plane
Or  Hunt for red October.

There's a movie i would like to get but don't
Know the name of it, maybe someone can help

This guy finds a duck in a park, cant fly.
So he adopts it , takes it home and
Sets up a wading pool for it in his
Dining room.
He takes it to a ranger who just happens
To be a spunky woman, sparks fly.
Skip to the end of the movie where the guy rocks
Up in an astronaut suit, they sail
Off in a hot air balloon, and the last thing
You see is the duck flying off in the sunset
Silluetted by a full moon.
Ring any bells. ?
