eBay in their 'Wisdom" have decided, without an other input from anyone else that it they will from the 20th of July handle all your payments. this is another shot in their own foot. The previous one is the Global Shipping program where they have all but taken away the way that items get shipped from some location i.e. United States and Great Briton. The people that they have sided with is Pitney Bowes the effect is slowing down the transit times by at least to and Pitney Bowes have decided that it id up to them to calculate the GST which turns out to be about twice as much as is actually due. Any guesses as to where the surplus goes?
