Morning ibis, how's things. I'm reading the news on all the lies Shorten has uttered through this campaign. His whole campaign has been to say "I don't believe" and all the while in office he's answered nearly question with "I believe" is this election about him?

Yes good one ibis  ;D  but some lie more than others, especially the ones who are facing defeat, then they go into lie overdrive.

G'day folks, Hi Ibis, was rainy and awful here too, pretty heavy early on, but went away by the arvo.

It's starting to warm up here now. I'm not really happy about that, I hate the heat, but back into shorts here. Still wearing long sleeved shirts though, but only needing a jumper early in the morning. By the time the sun gets up, a Canterbury Jersey is warm enough.

I have to wear a jacket/suit most days now, and there are times when it gets a bit hot through the day.

Hahaha, Little Fella is further South atm and reckons he can't live without his thermals LOLOL (he's nowhere near snow LOL).

Ok weather report.

very depressing dull and overcasty day today with a high of only 17o expected.

This after a glorious weekend.

Still spending a lot of my time trying to sort out my affairs now since I'm no longer working and eligible for a pension.

Also just upgraded my wi-fi plan to 12gigs for $50 instead of my 4gigs for $30 a month.

Now that I'm home I'm using so much more in internet connection.

In return, I'm using my car a lot less and will save a lot on rego petrol and maintenance.

Just had new brake pads done, they should see me out now. I got about 120ks in 5 years out of my last ones.

Whole service, safety inspection, brake pads, windscreen wipers etc cost me nearly $500. That should last me for quite some time.

Apply for a mechanic's course, save money and minimise the risk of becoming a couch potato :)

nah I don't think so re mechanics, but I could probably do a few free computer courses, not that I'm getting all these concessions.

Maybe Powerpoint or something like scrapbooking.

You could put your efforts into being a roving reporter

Sniffing out nice juicy stories and reporting dastardly deeds that you have uncovered :)
