Rules for the Public Forum and how to use

In this area of Open Debate you may add your comment to any topic without having to register as a member. All you have to do add a name (any name you choose) and an email address (any email address) of your choice in the proper format like s@t.net or bill@smith.net they don't get checked it is a limitation of the forum software.
This area has been created to give anyone and everyone a voice and retain their anonymity.
If you would like create a topic for discussion you can but you would have to register to do so.

If you would like to participate in this public forum you are required to adhere to a few basic rules.
1. Strictly no profanity allowed.
2. Discuss the topic and not person making the comment
3. Please be civil
4. Posters violating the above 3 rules will be banned from using the site.
5. This site takes no responsibility for any comments made by any contributor
6. YOU may see YOUR IP address at the bottom right of your post but no one else sees it
